HI MI CHAVO !!!!!

Here We are again with another Mexican colloquial expression. Today’s phrase is: Mi Chavo!!
This sentence can be applied wherever you go, while you talk with middle-aged people, that is children, teenagers or people in the thirties. When you want to mean: My friend , mate, pal, dude, you could use: Mi chavo.

About this word we can remember a famous Mexican Comedy Program called: “El Chavo del ocho” that program was about a young boy who lived in a barrel and the number eight was related to the Tv channel.

Be careful: If you say it to a boy you use “chavo” and if you tell a girl you will use “chava”.
